BỀN VỮNG 360° | SUSTAINABILITY 360°

Website: https://benvung360.com.vn

Version: 1.0 | Effective date: 25/10/2026

Introduction

Welcome to Sustainability 360°. Our aim is to provide a reliable, accessible platform for specialist information, knowledge, research, analysis and solutions relating to sustainable development.

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) set out the rules for accessing the Website, using its content and features, submitting enquiries and, where authorized, using its content management system (CMS). Please read these Terms together with our Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy before using the relevant features.

1. Responsible Entity and Scope

1.1. Website operator: Bền vững 360° (Sustainability 360°), available at benvung360.com.vn (the “Website”), is developed and operated by the FTS Center for Sustainability Research & Advisory (FTS CSRA), within the Fly To Sky Charity Organization (affiliated with the Vietnam National Volunteer Center under the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union). The responsible legal entity is Fly To Sky Charity and Community Development Support Social Enterprise Co., Ltd., enterprise/tax identification number 5901213612, with its registered address at 145/14/4 Thong Nhat Street, Dien Hong Ward, Gia Lai Province, Vietnam. References to “Sustainability 360°”, “FTS CSRA”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean the above entities in their respective capacities.

1.2. Scope: These Terms apply to readers, individuals submitting contact forms, newsletter subscribers, partners and authorized CMS administrators, editors, contributors and other account holders. Specific activities, programs and services may also be governed by separate terms or agreements.

1.3. Understanding these Terms: By continuing to access or use the Website after a reasonable opportunity to review these Terms, you acknowledge the applicable rules. Where the law requires separate affirmative agreement, we will request it through an appropriate process. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the relevant features.

2. Nature, Purpose and Scope of the Website

2.1. Purpose: Sustainability 360° provides specialist information, research, analysis, reference resources and information about solutions and services related to sustainability, corporate social responsibility (CSR), environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the environment, the economy, governance and social impact in Vietnam and internationally.

2.2. Editorial approach: Content may be researched, produced, analyzed or edited by FTS CSRA, or lawfully supplied by authors, contributors, organizations and other reference sources. We seek to identify relevant information sources, authors, publication dates and applicable usage conditions when appropriate.

2.3. Not presented as a press outlet or social network: The Website does not hold itself out as a press agency and is not designed as a social networking service that allows the general public to create pages or publish content freely. CMS access is limited to authorized users. Its legal classification, licensing and operational obligations depend on its actual features and content under applicable law, not solely on its description in these Terms.

2.4. No automatic advisory relationship: Reading content, downloading publicly available resources or submitting an enquiry does not, by itself, establish a services contract, client–advisor relationship or obligation for FTS CSRA to provide a service.

3. Access and Permitted Use

3.1. Ordinary use: You may access, search, read, bookmark and share links to publicly available content for lawful purposes. You must respect intellectual property rights, any applicable content-specific licences and the lawful rights and interests of others.

3.2. Your responsibilities: You are responsible for obtaining suitable devices, internet access and software, assessing whether materials meet your needs and complying with the law applicable to your use.

3.3. Feature changes: We may change the Website’s layout, categories, features or access arrangements to improve usability, information quality and security. Any rights arising under a separate services contract remain subject to that contract.

4. Professional Content and Reliance on Information

4.1. Informational purposes: Articles, research papers, analyses, examples, charts, metrics and other materials are intended to inform and provide professional perspectives. They may reflect data, standards and legal requirements as at their publication dates and may change when new information or rules become available.

4.2. Not a substitute for tailored advice: Public content is not automatically legal, financial, tax, accounting, audit or engineering advice; nor does it constitute a compliance opinion or CSR/ESG certification for a particular organization. Before making consequential decisions, users should consult official sources and appropriately qualified or authorized professionals.

4.3. Third-party standards and names: References to ISO, GRI, IFRS, the GHG Protocol or other frameworks and issuing organizations do not mean that Sustainability 360° is their agent, certifying body or authorized partner unless a lawful relationship is expressly disclosed.

4.4. No guaranteed outcomes: Examples, case studies, comparisons and recommendations do not guarantee specific financial, environmental, social or assessment results.

4.5. Corrections and updates: We may revise materials, add references, correct errors, provide clarifications or remove content where information has become outdated or there is a substantiated concern. A lack of immediate revision should not be taken as confirmation that the original material remains current at the time you read it.

5. Intellectual Property and Use of Content

5.1. Protected materials: Articles, research, documents, photographs, illustrations, videos, graphics, tables, protected databases, website designs, trademarks, logos and other materials are owned by, or used under lawful rights held by, the Company, FTS CSRA, authors, partners or other respective rights holders. Publication on the Website does not transfer ownership of intellectual property rights to visitors.

5.2. Personal use and quotations: You may link to original pages and quote limited portions where permitted by law, with appropriate attribution to the author, Sustainability 360°, the source and the original link, and without materially distorting the meaning. Giving credit does not by itself make all reproduction, redistribution or commercial use lawful.

5.3. Permission required: Unless permitted by law or a content-specific licence, you must obtain authorization from the relevant rights holder before reproducing substantial parts or entire works, publishing translations, commercially exploiting content, redistributing datasets, using images and designs in communication products or incorporating materials into paid resources. For third-party content, only the relevant rights holder may grant the necessary permission.

5.4. Names and brand assets: You may not use the Sustainability 360°, FTS CSRA or Fly To Sky name, logo, domain or visual identity in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation or permission.

5.5. Illustrations and AI-assisted materials: Some visual or supporting materials may be illustrative, licensed from others or generated/assisted by artificial intelligence tools. Source credits, illustrative labels and use conditions accompanying individual materials, where provided, are important to their proper interpretation and use. Illustrative images should not automatically be treated as documentary evidence of real events.

5.6. Reuse enquiries: Requests for republication, licensing, content partnerships or brand use may be submitted to [email protected]. Permission is effective only when granted by the appropriate rights holder through a valid form of authorization.

6. Materials Submitted by Users, Authors and Contributors

6.1. Right to submit: If you submit feedback, enquiries, article proposals, manuscripts, images, data or documents, you confirm that you have the lawful right to provide them and have addressed relevant privacy, copyright and third-party consent requirements.

6.2. Limited purpose of enquiries: Sending information through a contact form authorizes us to receive, retain and process it as necessary to respond under our Privacy Policy. It does not automatically grant us the right to publish or commercially exploit everything you submit.

6.3. Publication of contributed works: Authorship, editorial rights, translation rights, publishing scope, remuneration (if any), term and usage rights for contributed works are determined by separate agreements, contributor rules or applicable licences. We may reject submissions or request amendments if they do not meet editorial, sourcing, legal or professional standards.

6.4. Inappropriate materials: Do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information, trade secrets, confidential materials, malware or content that infringes others’ rights. Where such material is identified, we may restrict access, seek clarification or take action in accordance with law and applicable policies.

7. CMS Accounts and Authorized Users

7.1. Restricted access: The CMS is an administrative area, not a public publishing service. Access may be granted only to approved personnel, authors, editors, contributors or partners for defined responsibilities.

7.2. Account security: Authorized users must safeguard their credentials and verification codes, must not share accounts or lend access, must not deliberately exceed their permissions, and must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

7.3. Editorial obligations: CMS users must verify sources, respect copyright and privacy, and must not publish unapproved information, change or delete materials outside their authority, or present personal views as official statements of FTS CSRA without authorization.

7.4. Activity logs and administration: Administrative activity may be logged in accordance with the Privacy Policy. We may adjust permissions, suspend or revoke access when an assignment or partnership ends, responsibilities change, a breach is identified or security requires it. Any additional rights or obligations under employment, contributor or services agreements continue to be governed by those agreements.

8. Prohibited Conduct

To the extent permitted by law, you must not:

• Access systems without authorization, take over accounts, probe vulnerabilities, bypass authentication, disrupt or damage the Website.

• Distribute malicious software, conduct denial-of-service attacks, send abusive automated requests, use the Website for fraud or distribute spam.

• Impersonate Sustainability 360°, FTS CSRA, Fly To Sky, authors, partners or personnel, or misrepresent licences, certifications, authority or commercial relationships.

• Copy, exploit, distribute or transform content without authorization; or automatically collect data at a scale or frequency that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, circumvents access controls or adversely affects operations.

• Unlawfully collect or disclose another person’s personal data, or submit defamatory, abusive, deceptive or otherwise unlawful material through contact channels.

• Use our content or branding for misleading advertising, unauthorized endorsements or unlawful activities.

Automated access for indexing, search or research must comply with law, published technical instructions and access restrictions, and must not overload the Website. Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory right of lawful use that cannot be excluded by contract.

9. Contact Forms, Newsletters and Communications

9.1. Enquiries: When submitting a form, provide information sufficiently accurate for us to receive and respond, and do not submit others’ information unlawfully. An enquiry does not guarantee acceptance of a proposal, selection as a partner or formation of a contract.

9.2. Newsletters: If you subscribe to a newsletter, you will receive information within the scope you have selected or consented to. You may unsubscribe through the means provided in the message or by contacting us. Marketing communications are subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

9.3. Response times: We aim to review enquiries within a reasonable period. Requests subject to specific statutory procedures will be handled within the applicable legal time limits. We may decline requests that lack sufficient information, are abusively repetitive, contain unlawful material or fall outside our activities.

10. Service Information, Cooperation and Transactions

10.1. Services described: The Website may describe research, advisory, training, impact measurement, CSR/ESG solutions and related professional services offered by FTS CSRA or affiliated entities. Such descriptions explain potential capabilities and scope; they do not automatically constitute a fixed quotation or unconditional commitment to deliver services.

10.2. Separate agreements: Deliverables, scope of work, fees, taxes, milestones, document ownership, confidentiality and the parties’ respective responsibilities, where applicable, are governed by valid quotations, proposals, contracts or other accepted documents. For the relevant transaction, a separate agreement takes precedence to the extent lawful and applicable.

10.3. No automatic transaction: Viewing a service description, clicking a link or submitting a form does not alone create a payment obligation or an entitlement to a service without an appropriate agreement.

11. Advertising, Sponsorship, Partnerships and Editorial Independence

The Website may carry sponsored, partner-produced, promotional or advertising content where consistent with its objectives and applicable law. We seek to identify advertising, sponsorship or collaboration clearly when applicable to avoid confusion with independent editorial analysis.

The appearance of an organization, brand, project or product does not, by itself, mean that Sustainability 360° certifies it, guarantees its effectiveness, endorses every claim made about it or has a formal partnership with it. Advertisers and partners remain responsible for their own statements as provided by law and relevant agreements.

Research and analysis are guided by evidence, transparent sourcing and attention to potential conflicts of interest. Where a material connection requires disclosure, we will consider appropriate information so readers can evaluate the content in context.

12. Third-Party Links, Embedded Resources and Services

The Website may include external links, citations, documents, videos or embedded features to support research and use. A link does not, by itself, constitute endorsement, sponsorship or a guarantee concerning the linked party.

When you leave the Website or interact with third-party services, those services may apply their own terms and privacy policies. We cannot control every aspect of the content, security, data practices or availability of independent sites and do not assume liability on behalf of third parties beyond what applicable law requires.

13. Personal Data and Privacy

Our collection, use, retention, sharing and protection of personal data when you visit or interact with Sustainability 360° are explained in the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy: https://benvung360.com.vn/chinh-sach-bao-mat/.

If an issue specifically concerns personal data processing, the Privacy Policy and mandatory applicable data protection law govern that activity. Acceptance of these Terms does not replace any separate consent required by personal data protection law.

14. Corrections, Feedback and Copyright Complaints

We welcome reports of factual mistakes, sourcing issues, potential copyright infringement, image-rights concerns or other legal issues relating to published materials.

Please submit a report through the contact form or to [email protected], with an appropriate subject line and: (i) a link to or identification of the material; (ii) a description of the issue; (iii) supporting documentation, evidence or reference sources; and (iv) contact details for verification if necessary. For copyright complaints, please provide information showing that you are the rights holder or an authorized representative.

We will review the submission and, as appropriate, correct errors, supplement attribution, publish a correction note, temporarily restrict access, remove material or respond in writing. We may request additional information before reaching a conclusion. This process does not restrict your right to approach a competent authority under applicable law.

15. Availability, Warranties and Limitation of Liability

15.1. Reasonable efforts: We strive to maintain accessibility, security and content quality, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, error-free services or immediate updating of all materials.

15.2. Maintenance and incidents: Access may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, incident response, security measures or compliance with lawful directions from competent authorities.

15.3. Decisions based on information: Users should assess their own circumstances and verify underlying sources before using Website material in professional, commercial or investment decisions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from misuse of reference material or reliance on information not intended for the user’s specific situation.

15.4. Mandatory liability preserved: Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for unlawful conduct, intentional wrongdoing or other liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, or restricts mandatory consumer or personal data protection rights.

16. Responses to Breaches

Where there are reasonable grounds to believe these Terms or applicable law have been breached, we may take proportionate steps such as issuing a warning, declining a submission, limiting a feature, suspending or revoking an authorized account, removing infringing material or cooperating with competent authorities as required by law.

Measures will take account of the nature and seriousness of the issue, risks, affected persons’ rights and legal obligations. Rights and obligations under separate employment, contributor or services agreements will be addressed under those agreements and applicable law.

17. Amendments and Severability

We may revise these Terms when the Website’s features, operations or applicable law change. The current version will be published on the Website with its effective date. Where material changes significantly affect users’ rights or obligations, we will give notice or seek further agreement where legally required.

If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a right does not, by itself, constitute a waiver of that right.

18. Governing Law, Language and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without prejudice to any other mandatory applicable legal provisions.

If a dispute arises concerning use of the Website, the parties are encouraged to contact each other and seek a good-faith resolution. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute may be referred to a competent authority or court under applicable law. These Terms do not unilaterally restrict any forum choice that applicable law grants to users.

The Website may publish these Terms in Vietnamese and English. Both versions are intended to convey corresponding substance. If an interpretation differs, the Vietnamese version will prevail for interpretation, unless mandatory law or a valid separate agreement provides otherwise.
